Dr. Stuart Campbell is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Yale University and directs the Integrative Cardiac Biomechanics Laboratory, which investigates the mechanisms underlying genetic heart diseases. His research combines computational modeling, cardiac tissue engineering, and experimental biomechanics to understand how genetic mutations affect heart function and to develop improved diagnostic methods and therapies.
